Neuro is published by Vietigo LTD. This policy explains what the app collects, where it goes, how long it stays, and how to get rid of it.
It describes what the app actually does. If anything here does not match what you see in the app, treat that as a bug and tell us.
You can use Neuro without signing in. In that mode your tasks stay on your device, nothing is backed up, and nothing is saved on our servers.
The app still creates an anonymous identifier at launch so it can use the AI features without exposing them to abuse. That identifier is not linked to your name or email.
When you use AI breakdown, Start Now, or the AI Coach, the text you write is sent to our server and on to our AI provider to generate a response.
AI Coach conversations are saved to your account. Breakdown and Start Now requests are not — they are processed and discarded once the response comes back.
Neither we nor our AI provider use anything you write to train AI models.
If you consent to tracking when the app asks, we share two commercial events with Meta so we can measure whether an advert worked: that an account was created, and that a trial was started.
These events carry no content you wrote. We do not send Meta — or any advertising partner — your tasks, your steps, or your conversations. If you decline tracking, these events are not sent.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond these services except where the law requires it.
Neuro is used by people with ADHD, and what you write to the AI Coach can be personal. We treat it as such: it is never used for advertising, never used for training, and never shared beyond the provider that generates the reply.
Data travels over encrypted connections with certificate verification. Purchase receipts are verified against Apple's own certificate chain. Our database is reachable only with server-side credentials that never appear in the app.
No system is perfect and we will not claim otherwise. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell affected users.
Neuro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Neuro is a productivity app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing it or its AI features produce is medical advice. For anything health-related, talk to a qualified professional.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or how long we keep it, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app's release notes.
